Today's world is full of challenges and stressors that can feel overwhelming making it difficult at times to live your life in a way that brings contentment. It is difficult to have fulfilling relationships, internal peace and a sense of purposefulness when you feel like you are just surviving life. Sometimes it's hard to know how to change and feeling stuck often leads to symptoms of anxiety and depression or makes existing mental health issues even worse. If this is your situation you are not alone and you don't have to continue to live this way. Counseling provides you with resources and support to change.

I offer treatment for those experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, relationship challenges or marital distress due to factors such as infidelity, addictions or abuse. I take a developmental and holistic approach to counseling providing both insight and practical skills for change.
